Economic profitability and financial rotations of poplar plantations in Spain

Abstract

In this paper the financial rotations and profitabilities of the underlying investments in Spanish poplar plantations are dealed. With that purpose are studied the following clons: Campeador, I-214 and I-MC. It is also studied the effects on financial rotations and profitabilities of the economic acids contemplated by the Royal Decree 378/93 which attempts to encourage forest investments in agriculture farms.
