Abstract

The volume equations obtained for the cork oak (Quercus suber L.) in the inventory of t he forests of El Kala-Souk Arhas (East Algeria) are presented. These equations are separated in two groups, one for the cork oaks never stripped and the other for the cork oaks at least once stripped. The equations are in the case of the cork oaks never stripped for the volumes of wood, virgin cork from the first stripping and virgin cork of cut, and in the case of cork oaks at least once stripped for the volumes of wood, virgin cork of cut and cork in planks.
