Behaviour of pre-emergence herbicides in poplar nurseries
Abstract
The poplar cutting response to five pre-emergence herbicides (Oxadiazon, Isoxaben, Oxifluorfen, Tiazopir and Pendimetaline) in nursery conditions were studied. In order to evaluate quantitatively the selectivity and efficacy of the herbicides, the shoot height of the trees and the dry weight of the weeds were recorded. Species were identified and their presence in the different treatments were assessed.Downloads
